This is a program worth undertaking to better train ourselves. It helped me take charge of my emotions very well.

I have always really struggled with anxiety and rushing around from thing to thing forgetting to stop and take a breath. This has led to me experiencing high levels of stress but this program has been amazing. It’s taught me so much about slowing down and pausing. It’s taught me to respect my body and what it needs and I am so thankful for this opportunity. Thank you for this program, for the encouragement and gentle reminders to take a breath. I have told so many people about this program and really encourage everyone to try it.

I felt the presenters to be quite robotic and I lost interest fairly quickly as starting out with multiple 30 minute sessions was too much to begin with.

I think it's fair to say that it took me a long time to get through this program but I'm so glad I saw it through to the end. I made a point of getting through each stage at my own pace, even if that meant halting it for a week or two, or keep doing the exercises at one stage until I felt I was comfortable to move on to the next. Eventually I started to feel the difference and understand what I was supposed to do (they did explain, I just didn't get it for a while) and I got to the point where I really looked forward to doing even just 10 mins a day. I'm very glad I completed the program: I definitely feel calmer, more positive and more resilient. I'll be continuing with mindfulness practice going forward.

This program is wonderful. I’ve suffered with anxiety my whole life and a month ago I found myself struggling greatly and had to get signed off from work. I was recommended this program from a GP and it has completely changed my way of thinking. It has given me so many techniques that I can use going forwards to manage my anxiety. I feel like a different person now. Don’t hesitate to start this program, just do it.

Mindfulness Journey Report. I took my program with gusto! I needed that breathing space! To find my heart and soul. I took the techniques of breathing practices and the walking breathing steps. I felt immensely gratified. I took my book and started to read. I completed a job assessment and passed. I agree the Mindfulness practices do work. Thank You and Good Luck

Be Mindful is extremely helpful in living more peacefully. It helps me be more considerate and understanding of others because I can understand a bit more if something is causing any disturbance or inconvenience to someone. It helps me practice a little more patience with life. Keep an open mind to help you understand it is not a waste of energy.

Mindfulness has helped me tremendously I'm my recovery of meth. I am more aware of my auto pilot thinking. Also auto pilot eating. I enjoy my new awareness of eating and eating healthy.

I found the program excellent. It was easy to access online and follow. I could access it when I wanted. I felt the instructions and videos were easy to follow, clear and comprehensive. I felt interested to follow the program. It was easy to follow, yet kept me interested to practice and keep coming back. I have been amazed at how effective the program has been in my daily life. My stress and anxiety levels have reduced significantly. More so this has given me added tools to cope with difficulties and stress in my life. Its an easy, but very effective program. I Really enjoyed the exercises and learning on how to be more mindful as a drug addict. Obviously I did not have those skills but I like the breathing exercises and I feel that during this program I learned a valuable technique towards my sobriety, thank you all
