Doing this course makes you really think better and to stop beating yourself up about every little thing. Be kind to yourself. I would recommend doing it.

It's been an utter pleasure...I've not regretted a moment of this course..Its helped in so many ways.It isn't a cure and in some situations it might not be relevant to an issue that might arise in the future..but in many cases I'm sure it will.I have enjoyed this course and have learned things and have put in use methods that in all honesty I would have been at the very least sceptical about in the past..

Great course. If you are willing to put the time and effort in during the course, you will certainly reap the benefits. I did not understand until the end of the course, how well the sessions had actually impacted on myself to make a difference to how I was responding to daily life. It was not easy at times to notice why I was feeling internal sensations more acutely. However, I am beginning to understand this noticing more now which can only help to develop my mindfulness techniques and continued learning for the future.

I was at a pretty desperate time in my life. The mindful course has helped a little within the four weeks and that despite not fully practising it. I intend to carry on with it. It's definitely recommended.

Mindfulness is something everyone needs to be able to know how to practice. I wanted to be more aware myself to use in my own life but also to use with my patients who get very anxious , particularly about their breathing and health conditions. The sessions were good, the videos and pace of talk were good, kept me motivated to continue and do my homework and practise when I could. There was no pressure. It was gentle. Not a feeling of failure or inadequacy. I would recommend this to a colleague who is struggling with anxiety and depression now I have completed it. It was a great opportunity in lockdown. I have bought books before but with the online support and reminders during the week, I felt as if there were people keeping me focused on the mindfulness learning.

This has definitely helped me re-establish my daily mindfulness practise (I meditate every evening, now at 64 consecutive days). We are living in stressful times right now, so it's difficult to shut that out completely, but I feel much better at managing it now. Thank you Tessa & Ed, you have helped me to kick start my practise again & stick to it.

Really informative and well structured course. I think it's especially helpful for those new to mindfulness. As a yoga teacher, I found that I already use a lot of the techniques outlined in this course. This meant that I wasn't as challenged as I would have liked to. Nevertheless, I enjoyed this course and learned some new things too.

Great introduction to mindfulness techniques - really enjoyed the sessions and at a pace that I could handle! - Not complicated - although I certainly made a stronger connection with some parts more than others. I will miss the sessions but I am confident I will go on to study mindfulness further. Thanks guys I found this at a particularly difficult time and it gave me the start I needed towards self awareness.

I have really enjoyed this informative mindfulness course. I already practice meditation and yoga but this course has shown me and given me an insight of how to live and enjoy living in the Now. Thankyou Namaste ??

This course has really helped me during the challenging time of transitioning out of lock down and working from home into a full time return to work as a teaching assistant in a local primary school. I now feel I have tools that I can use when things are starting to feel overwhelming that will ground me, bring me back into the present moment and help me to obtain a perspective in order to move forward. I also appreciate that Ed and Tessa have continually stressed that you can choose practices that work for you moving forwards, you are not expected to do everything, just what suits you. I am also appreciative that the library will remain open for me to access information.

I found the course great length wise with short and snappy podcasts this really helped me focus knowing I was not taking too much time out. It’s a balancing act! I like the tools and I feel more focused more resilient and not as despondent as I was - thanks, I really appreciated being given the opportunity to do it too from Charity for civil servants.

There has been a lot of common sense advice and useful techniques which can easily be incorporated into your daily life without being overwhelming. I felt the course gave a 'gentle nudge' of encouragement when it was needed. Reminders and tips that you can take away with you for the long term.

I was quite sceptical at first about the course but I am so glad I did it. Firstly I thought it would help me to understand my daughters anxieties and depression but as I progressed, I realised I have pressures of my own. The course helped me to realise that thoughts are not always real and the breathing strategies really do help you to switch off from unneeded thoughts. Also the length of the sessions are great because you don't feel tied to it. Thank you for the opportunity of the mindfulness course.
