I have been practicing mindfulness for a few years now following John-Kabatt Zinn and other meditaiton series so this course was very useful to consolidate those practices and remind me to do the exercises when I needed prompting. I found it easy to follow and resources were helpful. Thankyou

I had heard of mindfulness in the course of my job but had never taken time to explore it. My GP recommended the course instead of prescribing medication for my anxiety and stress. I have just completed the Mindfulness course and found that my stress levels have dropped considerably in just a few weeks. I wish I had learned these skills years ago, they would have saved me a lot of stress, anxiety and grey hair!

I started the course with a very busy and noisy mind. The course has helped me calm and quiet that mind. I am better focused and better able to centre myself to deal with the rough and tumble of life. The email reminders helped to keep bringing me back to practice.

I have been struggling with depression for years and have found the course has really helped me, particularly in this period when I have stopped taking anti-depressants. I feel I have some way to go to get the full benefit of mindfulness but this has been a perfect introduction and I will be working to make this a permanent part of my life.

It's taken me some time to complete this course, but I have drawn great comfort and support from it. I've felt a great sense of enjoyment and annoyance throughout the course of these 4 weeks of mindfulness practice. Working with mindfulness is so different to the automatic pilot most people, including myself, live in. By practicing mindfulness you suddenly notice so many things about yourself and the environment around you that you didn't know were present - including the feeling of being annoyed. Mindfulness is such a great tool for handling stressful situations and listening to what your body is telling you and I would highly recommend this course to anyone whether you need it or not :)

The course was fantastic, and not difficult to work through with everyday life and commitments. The difference in results from the stress test for me really made me see how my outlook and awareness has changed in such a short time. Invaluable, and I am excited about building on the skills and practices learned to make a real positive difference to my Life. I would definitely recommend this course to everybody.

I found this course just brilliant. as I am new to practising Mindfulness I found the interaction with Tess and Ed just brilliant. I looked forward to the course each week and I was excited to see what was coming next to build on the previous week. I have already recommended this course to others and I will continue to do so. Its so convenient in the comfort of ones own home. Ideal course for some one wanting to know the basics of Mindfulness. Feeling more relaxed and better able to cope with the challenges of life.
