I found the course very well organised and presented. There was plenty of information along with the practices. I really appreciated the emails reminding me you were still online, when i got caught up with life and had forgotten to practise, and also that i could re-do past weeks. It's really helpful that the library is always there for me to refer back to. thank you.

I was advised to do this course by my GP. I was a little unsure to begin with but my advice to anyone would be to stick with it and make time daily to engage with it. The course has helped me very much and I will continue to practice all that I have learned. I am begining to enjoy life again without constantly worrying. Thank you to all those who have put this course together.

I started this course with sceptical optimism willing to try anything to help me to address my fears and anxieties. I was terrified of the world and had a very poor self image. I didn't believe I could cope with anything and tried to protect myself by avoiding life as much as I could. This course has changed this in a way that I find hard to describe. At first it was difficult but with perseverance I worked through it until it became part of my daily routine. At one point after a guided meditation I wept with relief and gratitude. I felt different - quietly confident that my feelings of fear were manageable and nothing to be frightened of. It was ok to feel whatever I was feeling. I cannot recommend this course highly enough. The results are amazing and I'm now able to face life's ups and downs with a sense of peace and acceptance.

I have found this course extremely useful not only in work but in my day to day life. I would recommend this course to anyone who feels stressed or have pressures in their work life or home life.

This is a very easy course to follow. But sometimes you might not be in the mood. The different types of meditations, motivate you to practise daily.

It has woken within something that I had since my teens, but due to life and the pressure of everything that modern life throws at you, it has got lost, sorry, misplaced. I have found it and it is a way of life I shall continue with. Thank you.

I signed up for the course as a necessary 'qualification' for me to do further training in teaching mindfulness, as I already have an established practice. I didn't expect to find anything new and I suppose, in some ways I didn't: but I did find that the course clarified many things and deepened my practice. Hearing things put in new ways by new people can be very powerful and can often 'make the penny drop'. The trainers were excellent and I very glad I took the course.

Mindful online, hmm, could it work? well let's face it I have nothing to lose. I can't get any lower than I am now, not if I want to stay alive anyway, so I gave it a go. It turns out to be wonderful. I stuck with it and practiced every day. I have recently done something that I would have found almost impossible even 2 weeks ago, and not just got through it, but did quite well. I could and should be proud of myself, but I didn't do it alone, I had the amazing techniques of being mindful to help me through it. I cannot thank the team enough. For me the journey has just begun, as I will continue to use the mindful techniques on a daily basis. So if you are unsure about starting the course? Give it a go, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain, no matter where you start from.

The course was simple and easy to do but has had a profound impact on my life. My stress levels dropped by two thirds, I am less likely to become angry and I have better relationships with those around me. I have incorporated the techniques I have learned into my day to day life. I am now beginning to teach my children elements of mindfulness. All in all I have achieved what I set out to do and this in itself has given me a lot of confidence in my ability to change my life for the better.

I have been practicing mindfulness for a few years now following John-Kabatt Zinn and other meditaiton series so this course was very useful to consolidate those practices and remind me to do the exercises when I needed prompting. I found it easy to follow and resources were helpful. Thankyou

"I had heard of mindfulness in my job but had never taken time to explore it. My GP recommended the program instead of prescribing medication for my anxiety and stress. I have just completed the Mindfulness program and found that my stress levels have dropped considerably in just a few weeks. I wish I had learned these skills years ago, they would have saved me a lot of stress, anxiety and grey hair!"

I started the course with a very busy and noisy mind. The course has helped me calm and quiet that mind. I am better focused and better able to centre myself to deal with the rough and tumble of life. The email reminders helped to keep bringing me back to practice.
