The course is easy to fit into your daily life. The practices taught throughout the course really work. I have enjoyed it thoroughly and hope to extend my knowledge of mindfullness in the future

I found the course excellent. By practising mindful breathing and sitting meditation, I was able to find some inner peace and to create some space between me and the negative thoughts and irrational fear. Thank you for emphasising that ‘thoughts are not facts’. They are indeed like movie flicks, that I must not try to jump in and participate, however fearful the thoughts may be. Thoughts look real but they are not. The 3 minutes breathing space is very useful too. I now try to ‘welcome’ and ‘feel’ the fearful and panic symptoms, then breath into the symptoms. They naturally melt away with ease!

I was a little dubious both about the possible impact of an online course such as this and also my commitment to completing it. To my own surprise, I've enjoyed the assignments and felt definite benefits. I'm not claiming it is a cure-all but the activities have certainly helped me feel calmer and more positive. I fully intend to continue my mindful activities and plan to explore more fully the benefits of meditation. I am so glad I took part.

I'm so glad I did this course. It has given me some really helpful tools to cope with my anxiety and depression. I do feel much more able to deal with things in just 4 weeks. I know I'll have good and bad days but I genuinely feel more prepared for the bad ones now. It's helped me feel more kind towards myself too and helped me understand how I react to stress. The support is excellent too - thank you to all involved.

I found the Be Mindful Online programme excellent with very good and practical steps one can take to ensure that stress levels and anxiety is controlled with techniques to help the individual manage these feelings also, being mindful and aware of oneself in such situations.

I was in constant start of anxiety and on anti depressants but the Be Mindful course has made a tremendous difference to my life. I am now able to step back and take a breathing space and think more deeply into my thoughts.

Be Mindful Online has opened up space in my mind to be more appreciative of the life I have to live now. It has helped me stop dwelling on what might be and analysing negative things that have happened in the past. I feel lighter and freer. I really like the online format and the flexibility to join in when able as little or as much as I like without guilt.

I have found the course really useful. The access to materials on line and the period they remained open was really helpful as I was not as focused and disciplined as I needed to be to complete each lesson in a week. I find the approach really helpful in my work and the 3 minute breathing space invaluable.

I would just like to state that this course has been very benficial to me. I have been dabling in mindfulness for 3 years now and this course along with some other practices has helped to keep me "online" with a regular routine. I have used this as a time to be in touch with myself, to learn and to grow more present. Fantastic course - life changing even. It took me over a year to complete as I kept on redoing the exercises before moving onto the next week. Rarely a day has gone by when I haven't employed a mindfulness technique, if only for a matter of seconds.

I have been truly amazed at the way in which the course has helped me. I have had some really bad health problems and had gone from being really optimistic, outgoing and lively person to being a total wreck. I had panic attacks, suffered with anxiety and literally felt as though my life had imploded on me. The mindfulness course calmed me down to a point where I was able to recall the positive things I had in my life. Slowing down and thinking about simple things stopped me stressing about things that may never happen. I would recommend this to anybody who has any stress in their life.

A very good course raising awareness of mindfulness. It is hard to discipline yourself as the weeks continue to complete the practices fully. However, I now remind myself to drive mindfully and not be in automatic pilot mode. I notice when I gobble my food and I breathe mindfully when I start to feel tense.

Although under an unusual amount of stress, mostly work-based, this has been a useful practical introduction to mindfulness, having previously read part of of a seminal text on the subject (Tolle). It is my intention to incorporate the more useful elements it into my daily routine, like physical exercise, and to seek further understanding.

This course has been really useful. I stretched it over a longer period of time but kept returning and have slowly noticed the practices and ideas taking root and becoming a part of the way I deal with challenges. I regularly recommend the course to friends who are experiencing stress -- it's something you can do to take care of yourself, that really does help, and that you can start immediately.

I was recommended to the Be Mindful Online course by a counsellor, at a particularly low point in my life when my health was not good, and I had been freshly diagnosed with an anxiety disorder. The course is a lifeline and if you do nothing else - take thefree stress test. The result may inspire you, and spur you to bring Mindfulness into your own life.

I used to rush things under stress but now my approach is changed, just by being aware of the situation, staying calm and having that breathing space has definitely made the diffrence. Suprisingly I am less tired and still able to finish my work in time where as before it used to drag on.

A great introduction into Mindfulness. Life can sometimes seem overwhelming leaving you frightened, anxious and unable to cope. It can present obstacles and challenges but it can't govern how you react to it - that's down to you.
