Take mindfulness seriously it can definitely help you, try and set aside some time; the breathing technique helps to relax and reset.

I really enjoyed it.. but the only thing I found difficult was when I was receiving cancer treatment and had a surgical intervention too, so sometimes this made it difficult to be 100% with answering the assessments, as some things were dictated by my physical health as opposed to my mental health. I have found also that I have enjoyed doing the meditation ones too, in fact almost every day at some stage.. I definitely know now when I have NOT DONE THE PRACTISE.. and almost crave to find the time, particularly if its been a hospital day!!

I have thoroughly enjoyed this online course. I looked forward to what came next. The course has a great clarity, enabling me to follow the practises and access the practices easily. Thank you. There are no frills, just a clear and generous connection. It felt personal to me. It wasn't intrusive at all. Fantastic course - well paced and flexible, great resources and weekly practices and reminders, all presented in a gentle, mindful way. I made a couple of false starts with the course, but it remained open and available to me and eventually I was in the right place to work my way through. For me it was an experiment and I tried hard to remain open minded and to persist even when the exercises seemed weird or pointless. Having finished the course I'm glad I stuck with it. It hasn't transformed my life, but I have new perceptions and approaches to dealing with stress and negative narratives. When I find I have time and space to do some mindful breathing or one of the other exercises I look forward to it, and emerge calmer, stronger, more sorted. And so I feel I will stick with it, because it is helpful. Thanks to the course designers and leaders.

It was good to do the course when I wanted, simple but helpful strategies to help. Things I would not have thought about. I also liked the fact I was not alone, and had help and support. The library idea is good too so I will be able to recap etc.... Thank you.

This course benefited me in many ways but the most outstanding result was totally unexpected - Mindful Walking. I have MS that affects my mobility and balance to the point that I cannot walk unaided (cane, walker, scooter) so I was amazed when I started to focus on Mindful Walking and realised that for the past year at least I had just been shuffling along and not walking properly at all. As soon as I followed the instructions I could feel the difference and my legs and feet fell into their pre-MS walk sequence with no difficulty at all! It is still a work in progress but my gait is so much better although the balance is very bad. - need some help with that problem!

My workplace recommended this course following a mindfulness awareness week at work. I am so glad that I undertook the course. My mind often darts all over the place and I often found myself worrying about past or future events. This course has made me appreciate living in the moment and using your breath to centre yourself. The course reminds you the importance of looking after yourself and it only takes a few minutes everyday to undertake. I find myself automatically focusing on my breath if I find myself unexpectedly stressed or worried. Friends and family have noticed a real difference - I feel more relaxed and centred. The results of my stress assessment before and after the course were amazing. I will continue to incorporate the practice into my daily life as I feel so content and strong. I would recommend this course for anyone - the meditations are excellent and can be switched around to fit into your life. I wish I'd discovered mindfulness sooner in my life.

I really liked when you reminded me of my "intention" to practice mindfulness. For me, it was mainly to get grounded or centred physically "first" so I can then be mentally aware.

I have found the Be Mindful course interesting and, of course, thought provoking. The most useful exercise for me is the breathing exercise. I think I will definitely put this into daily practice.

My stress, anxiety and depression levels all went down at the end of the course. I thoroughly enjoyed it; it made a difference to the way I view things and my negativity decreased by being more positive and staying calm about anything annoying or negative going on. The exercises were easy to do and understand and being able to refer back to them is a plus. I do recommend this to anyone needing to control and eliminate stress, short temper, gloomy outlook, negativity. Well worth the money!
