I really liked the friendly way that the course was presented. All the information was very clearly given, easy to understand, and made the practice easy to follow. A very good introduction to Mindfulness.

This is a carefully constructed, well-paced course which will be a useful asset for anyone struggling with stress, depression or anxiety. The techniques described are easy to pick up and understand, but as Ed and Tessa remind us, the real learning is in how to keep going back to them and make them a part of daily life. There's something for everyone, no matter how much you are struggling, so do give this a go. The underlying message is to be kind to yourself; that's not a bad place to start.

I've really enjoyed this course. It is extremely well structured both from a content and a delivery perspective. I didn't have time/motivation to continue with it while working, but I'm on a break from work at the moment and have managed to complete the course and do all the exercises. I've been doing the sitting meditation now for a few weeks and find it is really helping.

I really found this course stimulated my thoughts on how I go about daily life. Not to get wound up about trivial things and think that I was letting my family down. It has helped me calm down and to remind me to take time out of daily life to give me some time to relax and de-stress

The course help me to overcame situations of anxiety and depression. Easy to follow, well designed and encouraged me to practice the techniques with different but constant ways. I will recommend, of course, it's all in the practice. The course is a very good tool for that, but it's you that need to make the most of it.

I really found the course very easy to understand and follow. The course is well constructed and contains lots of exercises which are very well explained by the teachers. I would recommend the course to anyone new to mindfulness.

I enjoyed the course and found it very useful. at times with a young family at home I found it difficult to practice everyday but certainly felt the benefit when I did. I think the key element is the discipline of taking time out whatever the exercise.

While taking this course my brother died unexpectedly, which made life a lot more difficult. I believe the course gave me a mini parachute to help cope with this loss.

I have read about and tried to be mindful in the past. What this course has done is provide structured guidance on mindfulness practice. I now meditate every day without fail, at a set time. When I walk the dog I spend much more time in the moment rather than scenario land. A big thank you for lowering my stress levels too.

thank you that was a really thorough course for 4 weeks and the best online course that i have done of this sort, the videos were really helpful and the meditations were well paced and effective. I enjoyed the way you made the course from 8 weeks to 4 weeks and still kept the important bits in. i would recommend it to anyone as the next best thing to a class with a teacher. Thank you very much you have really helped.

Thank you, this course has been of great benefit to me and I have thoroughly enjoyed it. I am finding my life more stressful and myself more anxious yet in a short time this course has enabled me to manage and reduce the stress I face and the anxiety I feel. I feel so much calmer and happier in my self and I am kinder to myself. Family and people I work with have also commented on how different I am. I feel like I have started a new chapter in my life. I found the course to be very useful as a method that allows us to slow down occasionally, reflect, and not get so caught up in our thoughts and emotions. It was important for me to be able to pace the 4 week course over a time period that fitted in with a busy working life and that I did. The course is just the beginning of another chapter in my life and I intend to keep up this particular journey that I have started.
