The course has been amazing and given lots of insight and practices. It’s great to have the resources to come back to at any time, I will definitely revisit these.

I feel so much better since doing the course. The pain of course is still there but through mindfulness...meditation and physical mindfulness I feel calmer, relaxed and more in control of my body and thoughts rather than living in a constant state of panic, stress and anxiety. If you are not sure whether to try this course please give it a go. It truly does help.

Well presented, in manageable bites that have been easier to digest than many areas of teaching/training. I found the many tips throughout a day very useful and the reassurance that we can fail and gently pick up again. I am sure this course will inspire me to calmness.

This course stopped my thinking on track and just have some meaningful thoughts and techniques how to approach daily thinking. I see myself going back to the videos and just taking my time to reflect on what to do best for myself to overcome all this heaviness in my mind and starting to take my time dealing with my inner self. Thank you so much and glad that l stuck with it although sometimes l didn't feel like it..

Not helpful at all. It is YOGA, and if you have some mental health issues this is not something that helps with that. It’s more for someone who just wants to be more relaxed with normal day to day stresses. Not someone who has worrying anxieties and needs firm help with that. Disappointed that they even suggested this course for people bad Anxiety and Stress.

Hard at first to get into the whole mindfulness journey, but once I kept on practising and talking to my family and friends about it. I found it got a bit easier and I found I had lots of different emotions. People did start to see a difference I was not racing around trying to do and please everyone even though I still feel guilty about saying NO. It is a great course and I feel much better for taking on this Journey. Thank you

Very helpful course to offer resources to help us to calm down in the very busy and exhausted daily routine. It took me several years to finally begin the course. It may seem obvious but I would say to anyone, do not hesitate and give Be Mindful a chance. I’m convinced you will not regret it. In the past I have attended Buddhist meditation classes but found them cultish. What attracted me to Be Mindful was its secular approach. After a month I feel that I have benefited a lot and look forward to continuing my practice for as long as I am able.

This is a very good, effective yet simple approach to reducing stress levels and a great introduction to mindfulness. I've been practicing for years on and off, however this course teaches the practice in a well- structured way. I really enjoyed it, and benefited from it. Thanks both.

After 4 weeks I'm feeling lighter, more in control and able to relax better. The stress is still there but it doesn't feel quite so overwhelming with the techniques at hand. I particularly like the 3 minute breathing space. Thank you!

The course has helped me to take 5 minutes for breathing and focus on my breath, taking time out of my stressful and busy life and reevaluate why everything was getting me down and refocus on all good thing that are in my life and how I am in control.

This was an enjoyable course, the course was convenient for me as I could pick the time when I can after dealing with work and family. It also gave me time to reflect and to also practice the sessions with my family and whilst working.
