At the start of the course I was very sceptical and didn’t think it would do any good. However, I did change my opinion the further along I went as it helped me control the panic attacks I was having. My attitude is also a lot more positive so I would say to anyone who is having trouble with anxiety and stress to give it a go. You have nothing to lose and if it helps you to get your life back in control it’s worth it.

Ive enjoyed it though i want to go from 1-4 again and again as often as possible. Is this possible? I dont know if the course has helped me deal with my husbands depression etc though….

At 1st I thought what a waste of time found 1 persons voice so annoying it made me angrier. But I stuck with it, and I'm so glad I did its really made a difference. I find I'm looking after myself better not listening to others negativity allowing myself to not be ok to sit quietly. And at the end I did not find that persons voice annoying. Thank you all.

I'm not very good at writing so here goes, with anxiety you go through good times and bad times. In the good times life distracts you and you live in the moment, and you take your mental health for granted, but slowly with out you realising it you are in that dark space again. Going through the course again has helped me realise this, knowing I have this course when I'm in those dark times can help me feel l am not alone.

The Be Mindful course came into my life just at a time that it was most needed. Very good programme, I liked the flexibility and diversity as I always struggled with meditation but this time I found it less as a chore and more as a choice. I am not there yet and still trying different things to keep me motivated to meditate as often as I can but this course has def made me feel good, more mindful every day.
