I found the exercises in this course very useful, easy, and powerful. I have reduced my anxiety and depression. I am working on sleeping better. The best thing I felt this course provided was the permission to be kind to myself and quit beating myself up over my failings. Thank you.

A brilliant course and one of the best things I’ve ever done to relieve my anxiety. Being able to do it at your own pace at a time that’s right for you is perfect. I can’t praise this course enough for being such a big help to calm my mind. I found it really helpful and gave me tools I can use to help me whenever I start to struggle. I very happy with the course and it was well worth the money. I can’t recommend it enough for people with stress and anxiety.

I did this course a few years ago and it was the most helpful thing I have done. Much better than taking medication. After finishing the course you can choose from your library the ones that you find the most helpful. Years later, when things get too stressful I know I can always just go into my library and do a relaxation meditation which always helps. Thank you Mindfulness.

This course has helped me re-engage with myself and be aware of how outside stimuli can affect my being. Taking the time to be mindful does pay dividends. The mantra throughout the course "Be gentle with yourself" gave me good resonance.

I found the course very helpful, reinforcing some of my natural inclinations and building others, to have tactics to use during stress, and a strategic doctrine of seeing life as a whole. I had difficulty completing the course as a straight through sequence, due to work and illness, but the Team guided me through this and gave the support and encouragement I needed, including personal emails. Highly recommended course and a great team.

I decided to do this course during a time things at work were really stressful and it was the middle of the lockdown. I found the course was easy to follow and fitted in with my lifestyle as it was online and used videos and audio. I wasn’t able to complete the course in 4 weeks it took me 7 weeks but I found the material useful and it made me reflect on how I was managing my stress and how I was responding. Over the time of the course and following the exercises I felt calmer and more accepting of work and family pressure as well as being more aware. I haven’t always followed though on the exercises as much as I should, since ending the course but it is something i know it is my ‘go to’ when I start to feel anxious about something. I would recommend this course.

For me, the events of a particular week or day can fluctuate my state of mind. Throughout the course, if I was to do a daily quiz, the results would be up and down but the course has helped me to focus and conduct a "reality" check of a particular situation and has helped me deal with a particular situation even if if its something I cant control. The body scan works for me when I'm struggling to sleep. I think about my body starting at my toes and I can't recall a time where I get to my head without having fallen asleep.

I have really enjoyed all levels of this course . It has given me a clearer vision of myself how to cope with everyday situations using easy and very effective breathing exercises . I have found meditation and these relaxation techniques to be highly beneficial and therefore highly recommend this course to anyone.
