I needed a new approach to situations and this has helped me. Yoga has worked well alongside the mindfulness practices. I am feeling much better thank you and do not actually want to seek further help at this time as I am well but will keep working at it.

I had practised in the past but thought it might be challenging to fit it in again - it was not! It was more like welcoming an old friend back again and having a good old catch-up. It will not be lost again that I can be assured I will make time to keep it being strong and supportive in life.

I feel like have a little more control over things and am handling stress and anxiety better than I used to, I have very much enjoyed being apart of this course and will continue with some of the exercises I have been taught to help me become more at peace with the world around me. If you are struggling with stress and anxiety this is a really good way to help you overcome them and help gain some more control back in your life.

My life is now richer. What was once mundane daily activities of living are now reframed as meaningful events. I have compassion for myself and the confidence that my abilities are good enough. All of this thanks to being mindful are priceless in promoting my wellbeing and quality of life.

I wish I had done this course a long time ago so that I had the tools to help deal with the many difficulties I have had in my life. Just knowing there is something so basic as breathing exercises which I can do at anytime and in any place makes me feel stronger and in consequence less vulnerable. My sleep has also definitely improved. The online course meant that I could welcome Tessa and Ed into my home at anytime convenient to me and carve out a ‘Me’ time which I grew to look forward to. So thank you to Tessa, Ed and all the Team.

I did a 8 weeks MBSR (mindfulness based stress reduction) course a few years ago and found the Be Mindful course, although shorter, very well structured in a similar way. What is most difficult after a course is to maintain a regular practice, and the Be Mindful course was a great refresher for my meditation practice. It is clear and accessible, overall I really enjoyed the course and it encouraged me to maintain a regular practice. Thank you and well done for offering such high quality content at an affordable price.

My mindfulness journey began all those months ago through my mental health practitioner Sean who has been amazing and he directed me to this program which has transformed my life. Each day now I try to do the Breathing exercises on my walk with my dog, and when I feel anxiety coming on I take a moment to calm myself down. I’m so grateful for this help. I've enjoyed the course which I've learned a lot especially how to focus and enjoying something I like doing even if it's a small thing. The breathing techniques were useful as when I go into difficult situations it reminded me about the breathing techniques which helped a lot.
