This course was really paced well, with variety of practices that were fairly easy to fit in to the rest of my life, and really have made a difference to how I view things. Really good start for me, with supportive, informed teachers in Ed and Tessa. Thank you

A really well structured and caring course. No talking down to people - caring, empathetic and realist exercises and goals that most people could do. I honestly expect this course to be really tame and not help me seeing as it was on line and cost only £30, but I was really surprised - it was fantastic and it has moved me forward from a desperate position. I would recommend anyone try this if you are struggling with personal stress or demons.

I found some of the techniques more beneficial than others...but I think that's a common conclusion in any training...finding out what suits you is a learning experience in itself!...Commitment & practice is needed as told and it is not an overnight 'fix' .....so it is good to know that you can keep going back to all the techniques given over the last four weeks to be able to continue with the practices after you have finished the course. Thanks to you both.

It took a great effort on my part and a few weeks before I decided to embark on this journey, once I'd discovered it. I've done meditation in the the past and Tai Chi, but a long time ago, but even so, was still unsure this course would help. I'm glad I've done it. I've reconnected with how to breathe and to meditate. To realise that thoughts are not always facts and feelings are only temporary. To slow down and how to reduce feelings of stress and anxiety. I'm by no means cured, this is going to take a long time and constant practice. And I've done this course whilst dealing with anxiety and stress, with some depression, heart problems of high BP and low heart rate which resulted in a changes in medication, and being on furlough for 3 and half months; which in some ways helped but also created it own anxieties. I would say even if you are unsure about doing this course, give it a go and be gently committed to it. Take two weeks to complete each week if you wish. I intend to go through the whole 4 weeks again, just to keep up the practice.

I can't believe how well the mindful breathing works for me. When I wake in the morning and before I go to sleep. I picked mindful toothbrushing as well ad it's something I already do every day. I was aware of mindful walking but this course put a whole new slant on it. Being able to access post course completion is great and ensures I can tap in when I wish to. Hope there's an option to have access going forwards too. Thanks to Tessa and Ed. Great together.

I was surprised to receive this course as a gift from close family members and initially went along with it mainly because I respect them . Despite stuggling at first to be honest with myself about where I was at and to keep the practices regular, I am very glad to have gone through this course. I am more aware about myself now and have felt the benefits of the practices. I know I have at my disposal a set of tools to go forward with. The weekly course sessions and remimders are very helpful . I appreciate that negative responses and difficulties were acknowledged and it is made clear that mindfullness is an ongoing journey, not a 'magic fix'. I feel optimistic about the future.

I found starting and completing the course very challenging. I was however in a very bad place with my mental health. It took me a bit longer to complete and I actually had to restart some weeks, as I found it difficult to concentrate. At the end of the course I felt I had improved and was a bit more in control of things. A month after completing the course I found I was slipping back into a bad place but in fairness I had done very little mindfulness. I realise now that I need to keep up my practice and that mindfulness is not a quick fix.

This course was just what I was looking for at a time when I was feeling particularly stressed. The flexible nature of the course, enabling me to come back when I had time and was in the right frame of mind to engage, enabled me to fit it into my weekly schedule without problem.

I found the link to this course at at time when I was feeling quite overwhelmed with everything; work, family life, Relationships, myself! My sleep was so poor; waking every night and tuning into worries about work and life. My mind was constantly on high alert, rushing to get things done so I could get the next thing done. I’m not new to the idea of Mindfulness and Meditation but have never put it into practice. This course is the most positive and useful self care I have ever done. It’s not easy, but it has had a massive impact on my mental well being. I feel like I’ve been given an insight into a practice that really does have the power to be transformative. It’s not a quick fix, but it has allowed me to see it is possible to experience things in a different way. I’m really excited about continuing and finding out more. This is not glossy and full of overwhelming choice, like many of the Apps, but you really do feel like your being taught and guided in a gentle but serious way. Excellent. I so wish I’d done this years ago, but I suppose it has just been the right time for me now. I’ve now started using the ‘Calm’ app to give me something to be doing everyday and I don’t think I could make good use of it if I hadn’t done completed this course first.

I have been suffering with sever anxiety and panic disorder for 2.5 years now, and this was a particularly bad episode, lasting for 3 months. I took the mindfulness course and now, 4 months later from when I started to feel unwell I am back on track, feeling calm, relaxed, and energised. But better still, I have learnt so many great coping mechanisms that I’m hoping, if I practice what I have learnt each day, I can focus on prevention and not worrying about when the anxiety will rise again. Thankyou so much for this course!

I found the course to be very helpful and beneficial to me. I am now working on the techniques that were recommended on this course and they do help me in a big way . I've dabbled in mindfulness in the past but never really got it, but the way it was explained in the course allowed me to understand what mindfulness really is and how to practice by myself or with others.

I found the course insightful and useful. It wasn't difficult to incorporate the exercises into my routine. I found the presenters easy to listen to and to follow. The whole ethos of being kind to oneself was refreshing and something I have taken on board. Life is challenging enough without giving ourselves a hard time!

An excellent course with e mails to remind you to log in to complete each session. It is important to remember that the 4 week course is not a 'quick fix' but provides all the tools to enable one to be be prepared, recognise and deal with stressful situations when they arise. It is important to remember to incorporate the learnings into every day life to help create a more peaceful and contented lifestyle and to not just think that the 4 week course is a 'cure'. Excellent teachings and guidance and with your own determination, effort and commitment, you can achieve anything you want to.

I thought I was quite a 'chilled' person until I undertook this course. It helped me to realise that there were certain triggers in my life/work that made me feel anxious or concerned. I would urge you to stay with the course, there are exercises you might find boring/not useful/not you... however, there will be others that are just right for you.
