The Be Mindful course has helped me to control my thinking. To stop my mind from wandering into negative thinking. I also find that if I am becoming stressed or angry because I can't do a simple task straight away, I can take a deep breath and tell myself to slow down, be calm, and take your time. The task then seems to be so much easier. When I am going to sleep at night, I always try to think of something 'nice' or positive. I used to find my mind drifting off and start thinking about things that were uncomfortable. Now I can recognise when my mind has drifted away from my original thoughts and, using my new found skills of mindfulness, I can bring my thinking back to 'nice' and positive thoughts again. I find this has helped me to have less unsettling dreams, so I wake up in a better mood more often than not. I have really enjoyed doing the tasks/exercises over the last few weeks and will continue to implement them more and more into my day-to-day activities and thinking.

Lovely course, set at a good pace and with two very calm presenters who made it so good to log in. The practical aspects were easy to follow and effective in practice, helping to bring about immediate results and benefits. A good for value course that delivers what it promises as long as you follow the instructions and take time to do the exercises.

I have recently suffered a severe bout of acute anxiety which required medication. This course has provided me with a real anchor to establishing a routine in my daily life that allowed me to focus on myself and the problems I was facing. It did this by helping me to be kind to myself gave me time and space to slow down and learn techniques that helped find space to start to face and deal effectively with my fear and anxiety with practices that I can continue to use and develop. This course has given me strength to move forward from a desperate place I found myself in. Thanks.

It's a must have tool for everyone. After the course, the materials are still available, so you can continue using. A year and half later, I still do. Clears my mind and promotes better sleep. I have downloaded a few apps, this is by far the best I've heard. Would 100% recommend.

I started because of sleep issues. Mostly, being plagued by thoughts for (sometimes) hours before being able to drop off. Only to then wake up an hour or so later with more thoughts tumbling around like unwanted stinky fish. Now I focus on breathing, letting thoughts come and waving them goodbye as soon as I notice them. Now I manage an average of 6 and half hours sleep a night, and sometimes more.

I found the course invaluable as I can see the change in my life already. I tend to react somewhat hastily and then regret my words/actions and this course has helped me create more space for reflection. I think that mindfulness is a great practice to help us relate to others in a more accepting way whilst creating boundaries that help us to respect ourselves

I didn't expect a quick fix but I find the meditation and breathing exercises excellent and I will certainly continue to do them on a daily basis. My feeling at the end of them is almost transcendental. But as I have mentioned before the advice about treating distressing, unwelcome or disturbing thoughts as passing trains that you don't have to board but can just watch go by is something I will always remember. The course has been a really useful introduction to mindfulness and has helped me embed it into everyday life. I was at the tail end of a very nasty clinical depression with acute anxiety when I enrolled and its definitely made a difference.

Mindfulness has been very useful to me. I had tried it before through mindfulness books but really struggled to keep at it. With this course I found it was much easier to incorporate into daily life. I have found this has helped me cope in times of stress and has also helped me appreciate the good times more as well, to simply be present.

Though apparently modelled along the same lines as 'Williams and Penmans' MINDFULNESS, your course has a different flavour to it that makes it an extra tool in the sanity box and therefore well worth the enrolment.

In short, the course has enabled me to cope with all manners of daily family and work life that were previously overwhelming me only a few weeks ago. A more senior promotion and additional work based degree level in work learning courses were looming, with the internal mental struggle to not see how my family life wouldn't be negatively affected by a more intense workload, and a massive feeling of self-doubt was building and shadowing me. Becoming far more mindful via the formal and informal moment by moment practices has now made me realise that all the important areas of life, work &-home, are possible when structured with a calm, focused mind, with a much greater awareness of what is truly actually critically important on a daily basis. 5 stars from me
