A great course that has really helped me during a time of anxiety and stress due to health issues. Mindfulness has brought me back to the centre and allowed me to focus on the now and not what may happen in the future. I love the fact that the resources are available afterwards whenever I need them.

The things you teach are good in the real world but what I need is someone to listen to my story of how I have got myself into such a place were I cant seem to escape. That's why thinking of ways to help myself always comes up with the same answers. The course taught me in a ideal world this course is great, but everyone is different. Thanks

At the start of the course I had a lot of stress and anxiety from work and some personal, but with the help of Tessa and Ed, the mindful exercises and three step breathing space, it was very helpful. Have an open mind with the course and the willingness to do it and you should be ok.

I was going through an extremely stressful period at work and my GP wanted to put me on antidepressants but I really wanted to heal myself naturally and learn some durable tools to control my anxiety. I found this course and I can truly say that it saved me falling into a spiral of depression and anxiety like I had ten years ago. Thank you for your course I truly recommend it.

The course has been improved significantly since I first took it, which was some years ago now. I think that you have got a lot of things right, and that most people should find it helpful. The level is just right for people who are beginning the journey, but also helpful to more seasoned meditators. So, thank you for all the work you put into the course. I have found it helpful having a focus. You state mindfulness is not easy, I agree, but it is about having this as a focus and that is what I am going to attempt to do from now on in my every day life.

I liked the email reminders Videos are a good length Lots of useful tips Could the videos be a bit more engaging ? I find it off putting looking at people sat very still. I don’t find the resources very easy to locate when I want to go back . It’s a web design issue . I’m using an iPhone to access.
