This is a fantastic course! It really does help with dealing with thoughts and situations on a daily basis. You have to keep up with the practices to feel the benefit, but it really is worth it. Since doing this course I have been much happier and more relaxed within myself, and feel that I now have something that actually works to help cope with stress and bad days.

It was difficult as going though loss of a father, but it rightly says don't worry about feelings. Yes, stopped doing it, but went back and it got better.

This was a very useful introduction to being mindful and mindfulness practice. The exercises augmented the video learning chunks and I was able to put into practice regularly what I had been shown.

My experience with Be Mindful Online has helped me greatly on the depression side of things and my stress levels have reduced. But my anxiety levels have gone up because I am under a lot of strain.

I thought the course would be very useful for people who had never done anything like it before. However, I have many years experience of meditation practices so I found it very basic. On the whole though it was good to be reminded of things so I would not say it was a waste of time. I did think that it was slightly lacking on how to deal with the negatives that come up during meditation. Although this is a good thing it can be scary & unsettling for the inexperienced.

This course is designed so well - it was useful to me to be able to redo some weeks and take the course at my own pace knowing there was no pressure. This has enabled me to embed the practices in my life and familiarise myself with the techniques. It has given me some accessible tools to cope with the stresses in my life.

Brilliant just the right amount of work to complete each time. Well presented clear and interactive. I learned so much and already feel more connected. I became stressed at work more than home due to targets set and demanding role, and due to some personal problems I was showing high levels of stress when at work. I wanted to help myself, so signed up to the course and can honestly say it has helped me greatly; at work I take time to be mindful and breathe the stress away.

I found the course useful in a gentle way, allowing me to progress at my own pace and not adding an extra layer of stress by giving unrealistic goals. It was nice to feel you are not competing to get a result at the end of the course. This was just what I wanted., It allowed to be aware of living in the present rather than regretting the past or anticipating problems in the future.

At first you may feel self-conscious but you will find some practises work better for you and will choose them permanently. The course seems to be based on practical methods not just hypothesis. Not pushy but encouraging. Well worth trying as it is practical and you can choose the parts that help you most.

I was pleased to see that my stress, anxiety and something else (depression?) levels had all reduced by the end of the course. This was truly surprising because I had received some extremely disturbing news during the final two weeks, which had possibly distressing implications.

This has a been a useful course and helped me to get clarity on unhelpful thoughts over the last couple of months. I found the early exercises less helpful, but definitely recommend the meditative breathing. I would recommend this course for anyone who is feeling overwhelmed and stressed for whatever reason.

I like giving myself my own space and time to just be. I find listening to the audios and doing different exercises very calming and therapeutic. It helps me to let go and be in the moment. I feel it is doing me good mentally which in turn will be helping me to feel better physically. I know that practicing the Mindfulness exercises is something that takes commitment and that the benefits of doing the exercises on a regular basis may take quite a long time to become really noticeable. I have been to counselling sessions for different things throughout the past 25 years and I am still learning more about myself every day - it is an ongoing process. I view the changing of my mindset through doing the Mindfulness exercises in the same way that I view the changing of my mindset through going to my counselling sessions. I am learning new ways of thinking and dealing with issues that are going on in my life and this process will continue throughout the rest of my life.
