The course was recommended to me, as i was struggling to cope and focus at work. the first point to deal with is skepticism, about the use of mindfulness. I did this by realizing i want help and support, in order to improve my quality of life. from there, i went through the course a number of times, looking at the techniques on offer, and using the ones i was most comfortable with. from here, it is my intention include these techniques into my daily routine.

I found this online experience very well put together and It helped me a great deal to start to get my life back on the straight and narrow. The course has teriffic instructors, easy to follow courses, good videos and tons of new ideas and information to work with. I thoroughly enjoyed the course. It was my first experience of Mindfulness and I found the videos and weekly reviews extremely motivating and easy to use. I also liked that I could access information via the library - particularly useful on a couple of difficult days at work when I would take time on my lunch break to re-visit some techniques which helped a lot. I just finished the Be Mindful course today. I started it in April 2013 and stopped for personal reasons, finding my way back to it in April 2016. I am very grateful that I did find my way back to it. What I've learned through experiences in the last 4 weeks is that it is possible to be serenely happy and contented for no particular reason, even in the midst of unfinished goals, or a day that doesn't seem to be going well. While on hiatus from the course, I've been practising mindfulness from different sources for about a year or more, so I'm not completely new to the practice, but I hadn't connected with it as deeply until now. The course helped make a small routine become a powerful, life-altering habit and explored many different ways of being mindful. Tessa and Ed are superb guides. I fully recommend it to anyone, novice or expert.

I would recommend this course. It is diffinately helpful in guiding you to be more relaxed in one's self. I think it teaches what is important and what isn't to let go. I began this cause after a difficult relationship break up and also after a major op. I found it really useful at helping me deal with day to day stress and anxiety. I can see my scores after completing the course have improved and I do actually feel I can cope more easily. The course was easy to do, didn't take up loads of time and gave a sense of achievement. I have found this course to be a fantastic introduction to mindfulness. The mix of videos, exercises and written tasks kept it interesting and it is pitched at the right level for beginners.
