Thank you, this course has been of great benefit to me and I have thoroughly enjoyed it. I am finding my life more stressful and myself more anxious yet in a short time this course has enabled me to manage and reduce the stress I face and the anxiety I feel. I found the course to be very useful as a method that allows us to slow down occasionally, reflect, and not get so caught up in our thoughts and emotions. It was important for me to be able to pace the 4 week course over a time period that fitted in with a busy working life and that I did. The course is just the beginning of another chapter in my life and I intend to keep up this particular journey that I have started.

I really enjoyed it, it was easy to follow and the cost was very reasonable. I enjoyed listening to Tessa and Ed (I read Ed's book on holiday it was brill ) their explanation about the practices motivated me to continue. Well done on producing this programme.

I found this course really helpful in trying to understand myself better. Many of the exercises made me appreciate the 'here and now' approach. Coping with a racing mind is uncomfortable and leaves a sense of losing control. This course has left me with the tools to use in the future.

The course was recommended to me, as i was struggling to cope and focus at work. the first point to deal with is skepticism, about the use of mindfulness. I did this by realizing i want help and support, in order to improve my quality of life. from there, i went through the course a number of times, looking at the techniques on offer, and using the ones i was most comfortable with. from here, it is my intention include these techniques into my daily routine.

I found this online experience very well put together and It helped me a great deal to start to get my life back on the straight and narrow. The course has teriffic instructors, easy to follow courses, good videos and tons of new ideas and information to work with. I have made a small improvement so far but I realise It will take some time to get to where I want to be.

I have really enjoyed the course and found it extremely usefull/helpfull. I was amazed at how much my stress, anxiety and depression levels had reduced by the end of the course. I will definately continue to use everything that I have learned during the course going forward. It has been invaluable. I was initially planning to sign up for a face-to-face course but the nearest date felt too far in time. And I found bemindfulonline.com and decided to join to start learning... I am very happy to have taken this course. It has felt just right in balancing the videos, assignments and mid-week emails. It has been well-thought through and gave me a real starting boost into my mindfulness practice, which I feel is right for me.
