A great introduction to Mindfulness, containing lots of materials for ongoing use, motivational sayings and tips. Course is divided into easily manageable sections. The ability to take the course in my own time is a big big plus.

The course was really good. It was difficult at first and I doubted whether it was making much difference but now I've completed it I can see a real difference in my thinking. When I started the course I was very anxious and scared of doing things (particularly social situations) because I didn't think I could cope if things went wrong. Now I am able to think clearly about my fears and see where my assumptions are hurting my confidence. I still get nervous but the difference is that I know I can cope with whatever happens.

BeMindfulOnline really helped me get into the present instead of living in the past or the future. The techniques used in the course really helped me see the wonders of everyday life. This course has really helped me with my day to day life struggles. I have various illness which adversely affect my mobility, I have virtually no social life and am the sole carer for my partner who has a serious mental health illness. I now have several strategies to fall back on which as I get more proficient will allow me to improve my quality of life. And I haven't even had to go out of the Front Door.

I thought this was a good introduction to mindfulness. The emails sent during the week were good prompters to stay in tune with mindful thinking and to carry on the course. Some exercises were harder than others and keeping focussed was difficult at times but doing the exercises left me feeling calmer and more in control. I am looking forward to studying and practising mindfulness further.
