I found the course very beneficial. It has helped with my stress levels and I continue to use it daily and when I have trouble sleeping. Some weeks I didn't feel like logging on or I found no time. It's easy and simple to pick up where you left off and continue your Mindfulness journey. The library is fantastic to look back over and refresh your mind. Thank you, I continue to make positive changes to the way I react to situations.

This course has taught me to take a few minutes a day for myself to check in with myself and see how I am feeling, what I'm thinking. It has also taught me to catch when I am getting caught up in thoughts and learning to bring my mind to my breath. I have noticed that I am not dwelling on negative thoughts so much and feeling calmer when difficult situations arise.

When I first started the course, I wasn't sure about it!? I wasn't in the best place, so hopefully something would help me get back to being me. This course has helped me through a difficult time! Just small steps & actually addressing how I'm feeling. I would recommend it.

I found the course very helpful. It made me slow down and take stock of situations that irritated me and allowed me to deal with them in a more productive rather than self destructive way. I found that guided meditation helps keep me focused better than meditating by myself.

Anyone with anxiety problems or simply feeling curious about Mindfulness, can enrol on this course. It is very well presented and structured with exercises to incorporate in daily life. Being able to access the resources, journal and library is also a great asset. I am happy to recommend this course . Thank you for offering this course at such an affordable cost.

I started the course to help me deal with stress and my reaction. I wanted to be calmer and self manage how I responded to situations. I found the course very informative, i liked the structure, the reminders and library to look back on, Being allowed to completed the course in my own time also meant I was able to choose times when I could focus and commit to the learning. I have found it very useful and have noticed a change in how I respond to stressful situations and also in my daily life. Thank you

I enjoy the fact that the course has been customised in a fashion flexible to the service user's schedule. Ed and Tessa's Illustrations were very helpful. I am to apply mindful techniques to almost everything and everything which helps in keeping me in the present whilst maintaining a calm state of mind

I found this to be a very beneficial and well structured course. My stress and anxiety levels were much lower at the end of the course compared to the beginning. It was good for me to follow a course with weekly activities rather than read a self help book as it helped me to stick at it. I found it harder to make time to do the longer activities, eg the 30 minute body scan, and to fit in daily mindfulness exercises now that I’m feeling much better but I know that I must be kind to myself and keep practising so that I can live a happier life and draw on exercises to help me when I need them.

A very helpful course. At the start, specifically with the Mindful Eating practice, I was a bit like um....ok....this is a bit of an odd one! But I persevered and stuck with it, and I actually really enjoyed that exercise, so even if, like me, there are some exercises in this course that you think are somewhat strange, or you aren't sure if you'd get along with them, I would STRONGLY encourage anyone struggling with their mental health or life in general (because let's face it, life likes to throw curveballs at us all!) to take this course, Tessa and Ed are very lovely people, their videos are so encouraging and gentle and it's very handy to be able to dip back into the activities even when the course is over. The course itself is excellent, with emails every now and again to remind you to login for an activity, or with a quote or a poem for you to read, and everything is all very zen and encourages you to continue with it and to not beat yourself up over you missing a session. I have really, really enjoyed it, and will now make an effort to incorporate these practices into my daily life. Good Luck On Your Mindfulness Journey. :D
