Simple, too the point and easy to do, is an online course I like. The diary is helpful and when what I wrote was emailed back to me. It helps me reflect if what I intend is what I am doing. This is excellent and is manageable during the busy times too.

Prior to completing this mindfulness course my levels of stress, anxiety & depression were very high. I was unable to function well & felt fatigued. I had a period where I couldn't go to work & daily activities seemed insurmountable. The course has enabled me to recover tremendously. It has given me insight & helped me to discipline myself to be able to practice daily meditation. I clearly feel better & this strengthens my resolve to continue. In this way I will build on my achievements & keep focused on living well.

This course doesn't just tell you, it shows you. I found the format and methods very helpful and everything is broken down into digestible chunks. A really helpful course that enormously improved my life. One of the best things I've ever done.

As a complete novice this was a perfect introductory course to the practise of mindfulness. I like that I can download the guided audio to my phone so I can plug in and play it whenever and wherever I like whilst learning the practise.

I am not generally a stressful person, but certain work situations do cause me to be anxious. I became aware of the course through my employer as part of Mental Health Week. I thought, I have some time, so give it a go. I did, and it has been informative and rewarding. I like the fact the course is easily accessible and not too "heavy". The practices are realistic and able to be done quite easily as part of your day. The single key practice that I find helpful is mindful breathing and that being an anchor point in times of stress.

This course is really helpful I have learnt skills that help me focus and the practical tips on breathing and how to deal with stressful situations. I can now calm myself and react better to things that would have upset or angered me. I feel more confident and calm.

I really enjoyed the course. At first, I couldn't 'see the point' of some of the activities, e.g. the body scan. I like the breathing exercise & the meditation exercise. I think I will do these regularly. I think you have structured the course very well as an introduction - the variety of reading, videos and emails makes an interesting combination & easy to digest. The course is very easy to navigate. Thank you very much for the course. I should say, finally, that the technical / IT side of the course is excellent! Everything worked seamlessly. I wish some of the software at my work worked like this - cheers
