I have found the course to be helpful in my daily life, it is enabling me to manage stress / anxiety better. I will continue to follow this practice.

I have managed to “stumble” though life using my own coping mechanisms, but I reached a point recently where I needed further help. Be Mindful has been an excellent course to follow and be part of. During the period of the course I have noticed changes in certain aspects of my life, from ways of controlling stress to practices I can put in place during my day to become more aware. Being conscious of breathing once I can be more aware of it allows me to focus and carry out jobs tasks that I was perhaps less able of doing in the past. I would highly recommend the course to anyone and the advice and practices I hope to follow in the future will always be part of my life.

I was really sceptical at first but found that the techniques did actually help me in my daily life. I have enjoyed the whole new learning experience and seek to develop myself further with mindfulness techniques in the hope that my life will be a lot more, and stress-free anyway. However, I do seek to improve in what I have learnt and seek to link up with like-minded people for practise.

I have found this course invaluable, and try to do mindfulness breathing every day, which I find is great for me. Having access to the library is fantastic, and I can go to any of the practices whenever I want or need to.

I found this course really helpful and easy to follow, the body scan has changed my life and helps me with physical pain. I suffer a lot with pain in my body from a muscle disease and being mindful and paying attention to the pain has helped me release or just BE with it a lot better. My has anxiety improved a lot, I do practice mindfulness daily, this course is a great way to start to be aware of our inner worlds and help us manage how we are feeling better. I recommend this course a 100%.

I am 79 and have been retired many years so that many of the stressful situations of a busy life do not affect me as my life is much quieter now. I am slowing down and beginning to forget things and have various health problems, so there are now different stress problems. Nevertheless I have found the practice of focussing on the breath and pushing stray thoughts gently aside very helpful. I have gained a feeling of calm and acceptance of life here and now to replace regrets for past errors or lost skills and happier, more lively times.

Very highly recommended. Good value for money, and it doesn’t require a massive time commitment. The course teaches some very helpful mindfulness techniques that I enjoy returning to time and time again. Ed’s and Tessa’s coaching style is systematic and instructive, but yet it feels amazingly personal and empathetic. You feel like you’re sharing your room with them! I feel hugely grateful to them both because I feel a lot less down, anxious and depressed than before I started on the course. If you have these feelings too, but you’re unsure whether or not to take the course, I can only share with you my own experience, which is that it works very well! Peace x

The course really helped me to reduce levels of stress and depression. It helped me to establish a healthier relationship with food and with myself. I became more calm. Life events seem less stressful & I take decisions now in a better way than before.
