This course is extremely user friendly and flexible. You can dip in and out at your own pace. You can re-do a week if you feel you need more time to practice the exercises or understand the concepts. I have really enjoyed taking part and feel motivated to endeavour to use some aspect of mindfulness daily, even if only the 3 minute breathing space. Thank you for what is hopefully a lifelong experience.

Although not new to Mindfulness practice, I found this an excellent refresher course that has encouraged me to continue my practice with renewed enthusiasm. The mindfulness course has helped me to regain control over my emotions. I was reaching a point where I was just so overwhelmed that I cried practically every day. I thought there was no way out. I had tried counselling twice and self-help books (at least three) but nothing was working. This course allowed me to move at my own pace. I was able to go back to previous weeks if I felt I had not done the practices properly. I now feel like I use these strategies in everyday life which is what I couldn't do before. This course gradually helped me integrate mindfulness in to my life and I feel so much better for it.

This course has helped me enourmously during a very difficult period of my life. In four weeks, my stress, anxiety and depression levels have decreased by more than 80%. The course was a perfect mix of interesting videos and theory and practical daily exercises. I enjoyed being able to complete the modules on my phone, in my own time. Be mindful is the first step I have taken to help me to relax and to tackle stress related problems without medication. I found the information given throughout the four week course was very helpful to me in understanding the process of mindfulness. The effort to practice mindfulness on a daily basis was worthwhile. I am calmer and more relaxed.

Personally I have found the course of great benefit. I work in the emergency ambulance services and each shift presents unscheduled stressful situations. Having a 3-minute breathing exercise can bring about a more appropriate response to frustration and irritability that comes with such pressures. When I first started the course I wasn't too sure how it would turn out for me. I thought at this point, it was worth a try, nothing to lose and I could gain some peace! I have to say it turned out better than I thought, I feel more positive, I look at my life differently. I am a believer your thoughts can break you, from past experiences, so this course came at the right time. Thank you and I will continue on this path, now that I found it.
