Coming to the course quite ignorant of Mindfulness I have found the course extremely helpful in helping me have an understanding of Mindfulness and how to utilise in my daily life, particularly giving me a useful process for dealing with stressful situations. Generally I found all the exercises provided very useful and I have a focus for continuing developing Mindfulness in my day to day life.

I'm a student who was struggling with a panic disorder and chronic anxiety. Beginning a new Pharmacy program in a few months, I felt I had to bring some balance and lightness to my life. I took the first steps with my therapist, and she taught me about mindfulness. Searching on the Internet about the practice, I found out about Be Mindful. Having a strong scientific mind, I read psychology reviews about the benefits of mindfulness, and decided to give the course a try. Turns out, it was a great decision. Surprisingly, I found it very difficult at the beginning. The Body Scan really changed my life, because it made me face the body sensations that I feared so much during a panic attack. I learned to accept sensations such as dizziness, pain, nausea, tingling, and so on, As week 1 came to an end, I felt that I was doing the body scan with much more serenity and control. In the end, the course really helped me enjoy the simple things in my life.

I really enjoyed this course, even though I had to restart some weeks to feel I had really put in the needed time. I understand that it is a beginning and was able to see enough results that I would want to continue. The process is difficult but, to me, worth it.

Healthiest course I have ever done! Highly pedagogical. As a medical doctor I see the health aspect of the entire program. So grateful you had the courage and skill to create this highly productive program. Received so many unexpected gifts for my life in this program . I want everyone to do it! Be Mindful has really changed our lives. It's been a bit of a bumpy ride, sometimes managing better than other times to be consistent. But the wonderful thing about this course is the flexibility. There is also a lot of reinforcement of the idea that this is not another thing to achieve - not in terms of each individual practice session, nor in terms of completing the course itself in a particular time or a particular way. This generosity of language helped us both to let go of our drivenness and self-criticism, and allow ourselves just to do our best at any given time. I have found this course really beneficial. It has started from the basics and has been informative throughout. I have been taking part in Mindfulness for over 12 months now. I found this online course is very helpful in the fact that there are times when i feel everything gets to me, I sometimes forget about mindfulness. After taking part in this course, it helps gets me back on track and helps me cope better with stressful situations.

I was travelling for 7 weeks so often couldn’t keep up because I had no internet. But I did try and practice from the first couple of sessions. I’m thinking of starting again as I can see it helps a lot. I’m trying to find classes in Greenwich or blackheath but no luck so far. Your introductory course is very good

The course has given me so many useful and effective tools to help calm my mind and rest my anxious heart.
