Be mindful is the first step I have taken to help me to relax and to tackle stress related problems without medication. I found the information given throughout the four week course was very helpful to me in understanding the process of mindfulness. The effort to practice mindfulness on a daily basis was worthwhile. I am calmer and more relaxed.

Personally I have found the course of great benefit. I work in the emergency ambulance services and each shift presents unscheduled stressful situations. Having a 3-minute breathing exercise can bring about a more appropriate response to frustration and irritability that comes with such pressures. I have mentioned to colleagues about my undertaking this course and the beneficial outcome I have received. Thank you.

When I first started the course I wasn't too sure how it would turn out for me. I thought at this point, it was worth a try, nothing to lose and I could gain some peace! I have to say it turned out better than I thought, I feel more positive, I look at my life differently. I am a believer your thoughts can break you, from past experiences, so this course came at the right time. Thank you and I will continue on this path, now that I found it.

I chose this course after finding it on the NHS website. I have not been disappointed. A course easy to follow. Easy to fit into a daily routine. I had some stressful times during the four weeks and although I struggled, the fledgling practices were very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

I have enjoyed doing this course. I have moved on from feeling negative, hopeless and helpless about life to feeling positive, happy and ready to cope with whatever life throws at me! Some days the course was harder than others to deal with but it has been worth it.

I was willing to give the course a go as I can see the benefit of dealing with stress especially at work but I am not a very stressful person. I think I would prefer a face to face course as I am a people person. I found some of the information useful and I have helped one of my friends who is going through a tough time at present. I am not a fan of online courses but it is a start to getting you to think in a different way about stressful situations.

An excellent course. Thank you for the gentle reminders to keep going! It has taken me about 6 years to get to the end with some very long breaks but I have come a long way and my life is completely different and much improved. I think mindfulness has something most people could benefit from. I would encourage anyone to give it a serious try. By doing it online you can do it when you have time and space unlike going to a class and feeling you have lost touch by not attending some sessions so give up. Be assured, you might think you have given up on the online course but they won’t give up on you. Thank you for that!
