Be Mindful has really changed our lives. It's been a bit of a bumpy ride, sometimes managing better than other times to be consistent. But the wonderful thing about this course is the flexibility. There is also a lot of reinforcement of the idea that this is not another thing to achieve - not in terms of each individual practice session, nor in terms of completing the course itself in a particular time or a particular way. This generosity of language helped us both to let go of our drivenness and self-criticism, and allow ourselves just to do our best at any given time. I have found this course really beneficial. It has started from the basics and has been informative throughout. I have been taking part in Mindfulness for over 12 months now. I found this online course is very helpful in the fact that there are times when i feel everything gets to me, I sometimes forget about mindfulness. I was travelling for 7 weeks so often couldn’t keep up because I had no internet. But I did try and practice from the first couple of sessions. I’m thinking of starting again as I can see it helps a lot. I’m trying to find classes in Greenwich or blackheath but no luck so far. Your introductory course is very good
