I have found this course really beneficial. It has started from the basics and has been informative throughout. The teachings have been clear and the weekly prompts have helped me to maintain my practise. It has also shown that you can have a life where you can be kind to yourself and nurture a sense of self respect, just by learning and practising the simple exercises regularly. Many thanks.

I have been taking part in Mindfulness for over 12 months now. I found this online course is very helpful in the fact that there are times when i feel everything gets to me, I sometimes forget about mindfulness. After taking part in this course, it helps gets me back on track and helps me cope better with stressful situations.

I was travelling for 7 weeks so often couldn’t keep up because I had no internet. But I did try and practice from the first couple of sessions. I’m thinking of starting again as I can see it helps a lot. I’m trying to find classes in Greenwich or blackheath but no luck so far. Your introductory course is very good

The course has given me so many useful and effective tools to help calm my mind and rest my anxious heart. Although it is an online course, I can feel their love and tender care throughout the whole journey!

It was challenging, and the course took me several weeks to complete. However, I received great reminders and didn't feel pressured, as I could do each section at my own pace. This mindfulness course came at a time when I needed it most. However because I was struggling with my stress it may have been more helpful to have taken this course when life is calmer, so that I had more time and space in my head to do the exercises correctly and often. I found the audio exercises the most enjoyable, as they were better at teaching me exactly what you’re supposed to do, and guiding me when I felt overwhelmed. However, it wouldn’t always calm my mind and physical symptoms, it is all a work in progress. Towards the end of the course you are supposed to practice on your own but I found this the most difficult and often forgot to do them or got distracted during the practice. Even so I’m glad I’ve taken part and will try and keep mindfulness as part of my daily routine. I am hoping that the more I do it the more beneficial it will become. I think mindfulness would benefit everyone and will be recommending it to all my friends and family.

I started this course when I found myself off work due to work related stress with high levels of anxiety and found the practice of Mindfulness very enlightening and helpful. By taking time out to breathe and practice Mindfulness techniques such as Mindful Movement I became much more grounded and appreciative of the present moment and better able to stand back and see the situation from a fresh perspective - helping me to feel calmer and better able to cope.
